Event Brief

With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry, the number of civil airports and airport business volume continue to increase. Relying solely on strengthening infrastructure construction, or on the over-squeezing operating resources does not work now. Airports have to seek development space from cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, mobile Internet, artificial intelligence and other “industrial 4.0 era” digital information, and intelligent technologies, and to achieve safe operation of civil aviation, optimize energy consumption, and facilitate travelers. The construction of the “four-type airport” with “peace, green, intelligent, and humane” as the core must be accelerated, and among which intelligent airport is the key support and path to “four-type airport”.

“18th China Airport Development Summit” will take place on November 21^st – 22^nd in Kunming, Yunnan.
